You work for a luxury furniture retailer based in Lusaka, Zambia. Using its online store, the company sells and delivers to consumers in all parts of Southern Africa, including: South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. With changes in the global environment, you realise the importance of establishing a supply chain system that is focused on your customers' needs. To do this, you identify the value of conducting a needs analysis.

Using examples relevant to the above business:
