Published by Ultimo Press in 2022, this memoir explores the mental health experiences of Anna Spargo-Ryan. She was anxious as a child and describes her parenthood as terrifying. The constant element throughout her life at its big and mundane moments has been an experience of mental ill-health. The issues raised include:

- Day-to-day challenges of living with mental ill-health;

- The co-occurrence of other problems or health conditions with the experience of mental ill-health;
