Pre- Proposal for Sunny Mart LLC Laundromat

Sunny Mart LLC offers clean, quick, and efficient service for our customers. Our target audience for now is the low-income community that are living in Urban are of Hallandale Beach. In the idea of helping low-income community, my friends and I who are currently the shareholder f Sunny Mart observed for too long a crisis that is affecting low-income community in many parts of the US which is food dessert and the lack of basic services that have a proximity for low-income area. Due to this crisis, The Urban Community in Hallandale Beach lack many essential stores that should be closer for their citizens such as laundry, beauty salon, hospital, dental clinic, retail stores, etc. Therefore, we choose to bring our creativity into use for solving this issue, we choose to open a laundromat that would help the Urban Community in Hallandale Beach. In that ideal, Sunny Mart is providing the most efficient laundry room operations to our customers. We also offer high standard of workmanship which produce a quality product.

Sunny Mart LLC is allowing our customers and employees to save time of the package we offer of pick up/ deliver options. Sunny Mart shareholder are analyzing the implementation an HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) that will help both our employees and our patrons. The software of the HRIS will reduce cost and boosting our Human Resource Department by helping our employees to review information, track their performance, see their payroll. The other phase of that software would help the customer with payment options, monitor their clothes, able to choose their options for delivering. Sunny Mart will guarantee to our customers that every task will be complete in timely manner and with utmost care.

During the pandemic, we are taking measure to prevent the spread of Covid 19 by respecting and following the guidelines given by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are aware of the growing concern with COVID 19, following guidelines, proper cleaning and sanitization will lead to great outcome for our employees, staff, and customer.

Sunny Mart aligns with my core values which is challenging work, respect, responsibility, and servant leadership. Sunny Mart was created in the idea of helping others. Before I became shareholder of Sunny Mart, I understood that the best guarantee of any organization should have it is the type of services given to your employees and customers. Sunny Mart will provide excellent service at reasonable price in timely manner.
