Human resource professionals can apply inclusive workplace theory to enhance their programs and practices by recognizing and embracing diversity and creating a culture of respect and inclusion (Snell and Bohlander, 2020). When an organization practices it I am sure it benefits the organization as well as the employees. Have you seen where this applies? Where would you start in developing an inclusive environment?
