PowerShell ISE is a powerful new tool for technicians. It allows us to use virtually every DOS command utility and allows us to use cmdlets - an object-oriented scripting tool similar to Perl programming or bash in UNIX.

Unfortunately, Windows 10 allows a standard user to have access to this program. This can be a simple oversight technicians make when installing Windows, or a recipe for disaster based on what scripts are executed by the user - or a remote entity.

Discussion question asks you to research PowerShell ISE. Based on your research develop an opinion of whether or not to allow standard users to launch and use PowerShell ISE. What tool would you use to keep PowerShell ISE on the computer but restrict it's use to Administrator equivalent users ONLY. If you decide it's OK for standard users to launch and use PowerShell ISE explain why you believe it's use by standard users does not pose a threat to the PC, O/S or the network.
