Question

A major theme of this course is power; specifically political, economic, and social power and how that power is distributed in society. After reading chapters 15, 16, 17, and 18 in Brinkley, The Unfinished Nation , provide the best example of how a group with less power struggled to gain more power. Use evidence from the textbook and the primary sources we have examined in class.
