Power and leadership go hand in hand. In fact, you might say that it's impossible to have leadership without some form of power. The chapter this week covers a variety of types of power, and explains that all power comes from a source. It could come from the knowledge a person possesses, or it could just be part of the position that they hold within a business.

For this week's discussion post, you will need to choose someone that you believe is a leader in the business world, do some research, and analyze where their power comes from. Use search engines to learn more about your chosen leader, or search for executives of companies that you're interested in.
