Sinclair Customer Metrics is a Data Research company that gains and measures data thru Mystery Shopping. The data they incur from this allows them to help clients find ways to improve their customer service and ultimately improve their business. How they make decisions about their internal processes or business is based on how many clients they can gain and maintain in this program and how efficient the data is that is being uncovered to maintain this client base. The way they gauge their business practices is based on the satisfaction of the client with the data/product we are providing them and the current economic market to where businesses can afford to pay for such a service.
