Chen Lee is a 44-year-old Chinese citizen who lives and works in Shanghai, China. He is divorced and has the custody of his two boys: Wang Lee, who is 15 years old, and Lian Lee, who is 19 years old. Wang Lee is a Grade 11 student and Lian Lee is pursuing his education in Art and Design at Tongji University.

Chen Lee works in the IT department of an educational institution. He has an annual net income of $21,000 CND. He has a bank account of around $9,000 CND and is the landlord of a small apartment in Shanghai.

Chen Lee applied to immigrate to Canada under the Federal Skilled Worker Program. In September 2022, he received an invitation to apply and he submitted his application for permanent residency for himself and his two accompanying children. Presently, they are still waiting for the final decision.

In April 2022, while surfing online, Chen Lee met Cindy, a Canadian citizen. She lives in Toronto, Ontario and they met through a dating application. They started chatting for a while and one month later, she came to visit him in his hometown and then she returned to Canada. He would like to visit her in Toronto and spend some time with her. His younger son, Wang Lee, is accompanying him during this trip. His older son, Lian Lee, will be staying with his mother for the expected trip duration of two weeks. Cindy offered to accommodate Chen in her apartment. She is a painter and has an annual net income of around $20,000 CND and a bank account balance of around $12,000 CND. Chen Lee is looking forward to getting familiar with the province as he plans to move to Canada as soon as he receives the final decision concerning his immigration. He is also planning to propose to Cindy, but is not yet sure of the timing.

During his trip, he will also visit his cousin who is a Canadian permanent resident living in a house that he purchased in Montreal one year ago. His cousin works in digital marketing for a renowned Canadian company. He has a yearly net income of $35,000 CND and a bank account balance of around $25,000 CND.

Chen contacts you because he wishes to apply for a visitor visa.
