We have a potential dataframe A, write those code chunks in PYTHON.

Encode the dataframe using pd.get_dummies()

Partition this data frame for simple hold-out evaluation - 70% for training and the other 30% for testing.

Show the distributions (in percentages) of the target variable(y) in the whole input data frame, the train set and the test set. make sure to be clear (using text blocks) what is being shown. Use this section to be sure your split preserved the original distribution of the target variable.
