Explain how the training program can benefit the hospital, employees and society. What are the potential consequences of an ineffective training program for the hospital, employees and society?

To what extent has the performance appraisal training program followed the instructional systems design (ISD) model of training and development? If you were to redesign the program, what changes would you make based on the ISD model?

To what extent would you describe the hospital as a learning organization? Describe the hospital in terms of the disciplines, principles, and/or key dimensions of a learning organization.

Explain the connection between organizational learning and training and development. How does this connection help us understand why the performance appraisal training program was not more successful?
