Post Mortems- Organizational Structure and Change

Past experience shows that if you don't make time for it at the end of a project, you probably won't do it at all. Companies have lost invaluable learnings about how to improve and do things better by skipping this step. The best way to prevent this problem is by making it a habit so that you don't lose the opportunity.

From the above links, please help for the below questions.

  1. Make a list of what made you 1) Mad, 2) Glad, and 3) Sad during any project.
  2.  Share any two items from each category to share with your team.
  3. For each Mad item, suggest  what did you have control over that you could do differently next time.
  4. For each Glad item, look at who made it happen and thank that person for the contribution.
  5. For each Sad item, what was the alternatives you asked your team  that could have worked in that situation.
