2. Until recently, your group of seven members has been operating successfully and you felt it was achieving high levels of effectiveness. However, since two members left your team (and the organisation) to go to other jobs and you replaced them with two new members (one from outside the organisation and one from another organisational section), there is less group cohesion and more conflict.
