Instruction: Student do a presentation and submit a written report on based on the case study given in LMS - From theme park to resort: customer information management at Port Aventura, addressing the following requirements:
3.1 Appraise the problems that the resort is facing at the moment as highlighted by Mercedes de Pablo?
3.2 Evaluate how do these problems (identified in 3.1.1) relate to Port Aventura's information system processes? How does the existing information system contribute to this problem?
3.3 Analyze three (3) potential changes that Port Aventura can apply to its information system to solve this problem?
a. For the PPT slides, I shall leave it to your imagination how you would like to present them. While presenting, please take care ‘not to read' from the slides but to ‘present'. You may use appropriate visual aids to make an effective presentation. Your presentation shall be evaluated in terms of the visual aids used (not necessarily the slides only), your style of presentation (avoid reading from the slides, it does not help) and the manner you are able to handle the questions confidently and correctly (do not beat around the bush, be clear and to the point). Please be aware that students will be scored individually on their presentation abilities.
b. For the written report, please follow the below guidelines.
