Professor Scott teaches an in-person (on-campus) History class at the University. In his class, he conducts a survey with his students and asks them whether they prefer "in-person" learning or "online/remote" learning. His survey reveals that 88% of students prefer "in-person" learning. Professor Scott's findings are not reliable because correlation is not a good predictor of behaviour students often do not answer the surveys honestly his students are not a representative sample of the whole student population surveys are not reliable and valid measures
