You are seeing a 29 year old woman with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome who has had amenorrhea for the past 6 months. You have done a pregnancy test and this is negative. She is allergic to peanuts, aspirin and PCN. You decide to start a medication to induce a menstrual period and explain to the patient that this is needed to induce endometrial shedding.
