1. Political culture refers to the things or values that are most important in our society. Another way of thinking about this is that political culture refers to the things that make the US what it is. To respond to this first question, please describe what you think of when you hear the words "American" or "America." What do YOU think it means to be "American?" Also, democratic socialism seems to be growing in popularity, with presidential candidates like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren representing the ideas of democratic socialism.
