(Humanistic Policing) Policing is a people business.

By inherent design, the Law Enforcement function can have the impact of de-humanizing others. The Law Enforcement role has traditionally been viewed as objective, dispassionate, indifferent to the needs of individuals and groups before the law. How can Humanistic Policing approach change that negative view?
