The organization within my area that I would like to discuss is the public Highschool. The students that attend the school are in grades ranging from 9th to 12th. Within the public school, there are many instructors that are from different countries and have different backgrounds. Even though there are many diverse teachers, unfortunately, there are not many diverse students. The school population consists of mostly black, Caucasian, and some Hispanics. The diverse teachers that work there teach different subjects and can also teach foreign languages. I believe that if the school was more diverse and had more students with more rationality that would be a great way for the students to learn and become more acquainted with cultures other than their own. While students would soon be graduating and attending different universities this would help them to know more and be more comfortable around different cultures. The elementary school within my area does have more diverse cultural students and has different activities such as cultural parades throughout the school year where each child displays things about their culture. I have always said that this was an awesome event for them to have. A practice that I would put into place would be for all of our school systems within my district to participate in cultural events for the students to be able to interact with each other and get to know
