Who does not have health insurance? The lack of adequate health insurance coverage is a major problem for many Americans. The Current Population Survey collected data on the characteristics of the uninsured.10 The numbers of uninsured and the total number of people classified by age are as follows. The units are thousands of people.

(b) Find the total number of uninsured persons and use this total to compute the percent of the uninsured who are in each age group.

(c) Plot the percents versus age group.
