The following data were obtained by Poe et al. (1988) for the adsorption of an aromatic pollutant (benzene) on an Arkansas soil (Weller soil, Fayetteville, AR). Plot the data as a BET isotherm and obtain the BET constants. From the BET constants obtain the surface area of the soil and the adsorption energy for benzene on this soil.
