• Your company makes suitcases, and one of the high-end products is a Kevlar fiber composite suitcase. Assuming that it is a rectangular suitcase with a dimension of 90 x 60 x 20 cm (so the depth of each half is 10 cm) and injection is done using a runner around the
product and a single suction cup in the middle, plot how the injection speed varies with time during the process, assuming that 4, = 0.8 bar, p = 0.2 Pas and k = 0.8 x 109 m2.

• If the injection length were doubled, what would the injection time be? (No word limit and you may handwrite your answers)
(Hint: In question one, derive the equation you will need for plotting and a rough drawing/trend would be fine.)
