1. What are your career objectives over next two or four years?

My career objectives in the next couple of years are to steadily growth in the banking sector by qualifying myself further and getting a degree in Accounting. This would help me to get a transfer to another department in the B&T Bank which is related to my profession.

2. What steps have you taken in the last two years to reach your career objectives?

I got an Associate Degree in Accounting and I am currently a student of University of Maryland where I am working on my Bachelor Degree. Currently my present job allows me to learn new skills in operations of general banking and these skills will help me to get a foothold in the banking sector.

3. How can BB&T Bank assist your professional development?

Bank can help me to grow and find fulfillment in my career through educational programs. These programs will provide the opportunity for me to pursue undergraduate or graduate degree.
