Question: Sunny has been really unhappy with the experience they've been having when visiting their local cafe. They've tried going to other shops in the area, and really don't think its too much to ask to have a pleasant experience at this café in particular.

They noticed that the speed at which they were served was too slow, the quality of the food wasn't great, and they find it overpriced.

They had to wait over 10 mins for a coffee, and nearly 20 mins to get a sandwich. Not to mention, the ingredients themselves didn't taste fresh, and they couldn't tell if anything was really organic. Sunny also had sticker shock at the $8 coffee and $20 sandwich. The wait times were twice as much as they were expecting, and prices nearly double (not reasonable!).
