The patient complained of dizziness at the time of the event that resolved, but he continues to have a headache now 2 hours post-injury. His exam is otherwise normal. Which of the following discharge plans would be appropriate? Follow-up with a pediatrician in 2-7 days or soon with worsening symptoms. Refer to ED now for head CT to rule out more serious injury. No follow-up recommended. Wake the patient up every 2 hours throughout the night.
