Detail how you would regularly monitor stress and emotional wellbeing of yourself and colleagues (e.g., Professional and personal performance standards, self-assessment, reflective practice, formal and informal performance feedback)

Part B

This part of your report must include details on frameworks you would useto plan and carry outappropriate support that reflects a culturally competent approach.

  • List appropriate action you would take in accordance with organisation standards, policies and procedures (e.g., performance appraisals, clinical supervision opportunities, professional development opportunities, active use of Self care Plans etc.)

  • How will you plan and use practices that acknowledge and accept differences and accurately identify diverse needs of colleagues?
  • What is important for a mentally healthy workplace
