Planning the duration and timing of employee training can be difficult for a number of reasons. Some employees have alternative work schedules and flexible hours, making it difficult to find a day when everyone is in the office at the same time. In addition, many groups have standing meetings on various days of the week that they do not care to move. For these reasons, whole-group training is often too difficult to implement.
