Planning for Diversity

Go to www.census.gov/2010census/popmap. From that page click on the link for "Race" in the upper right hand corner. On the next page enter the city and state you live in or are interested in. When the map comes up click on it and see the display of racial population breakdown.

Knowing this, if you were a chief of police or a sheriff of this area, how would you plan to train and deploy your personel to best serve the various racial population groups?
