Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) is an iterative four-step management method used in business for the control and continual improvement of processes and products. For this discussion, complete the following: Conduct research via the Internet to learn about the PDCA cycle. Retrieve a real-world aviation maintenance project from the Internet. Analyze the real-world project thoroughly and compile your findings to explain how the 4-step PDCA cycle might have been used by the project manager as part of the quality management plan. Provide an example from the project for each aspect of the PDCA cycle. If the real-world project lacks any aspect of the PCDA, which rendered a negative effect on the project's outcome, include this is in your analysis. Compile your response into a 300-word paragraph and include a minimum of two sources cited. Document your references at the bottom your response. Current APA style applies to citations and references. Read and respond to at least two of your classmates' responses with constructive commentary.
