Business Idea:
Team, I had an idea for a business. It is based upon the fact that a supermarket is closing in a part of the city. It is a huge building (obviously), that is centrally located and accessible by car (it's right off of the expressway), and public transportation (three different bus lines converge there).
The idea is to turn the building into an "entertainment complex". This complex will house a full service restaurant, a night club for adults as well as a club for teens with a "fast food and exotic drink menus" (exotic drinks meaning special shakes, juices, etc.)
I think your concept is very similar to Lucky. For them anyone under 21 can come to the bowling alley and play different games, but after 9pm it is for people over 21 years old. I guess for this teens can come in anytime unlike Lucky?
Great concept... One suggestions might I add . As a parent of preteen and teens when I visit Dave and busters past a certain time with my children, not being able to take them in was a little frustrating . Weekends parents typically allow teens to stay up later. Some parents work late shift and 9pm is fairly early. Can we make it an option for the parents to bring the children up to a later time and not have the night life scene at immediate access to that area?
Great suggestions and feedback.
This is probably going to sound really "corny" but the concepts stem from "The Latin Casino" which turned into "Emerald City" (this is for the restaurant and adult night club portion), and "Dancin on Air" (for the teen club portion). The teen club's main draw will be to "party on air" in a real club, but televised.
The Latin Casino was neither Latin nor a casino. But it was a dinner and show venue where the big stars of the day would perform. You can google both Latin Casino and Dancin on Air.
