Ms. Vee, a 32 year old multigravid patient is brought to the emergency department (ED) by her daughter because of placenta abruption and subsequent fetal demise. Ms. Vee was complaining of back and abdominal pain. Although usually she is very alert and oriented. Her medical history includes hypotension and vaginal bleeding. Initial vital signs values obtained and documented as follows: Blood pressure 96/70 mm hg, Urine output in less than 30 ml/hr. Ms Vee Used 4 saturated pad per hour, pulse/heart rate 102 bpm
