Paul is CEO of Spark Tech, a technology company located in Queens. Without Paul's knowledge, Raven and Sandy, two of his workers, are using Paul's headquarters as a place to store and sell illegal drugs. Evidence shows that Paul never visits his headquarters and has often allowed his workers to pretty much do what they want there. Can Paul be criminally liable for Raven and Sandy's actions and why?
