You place a sma-2 homozygous hermaphrodite and a wild-type (+) homozygous male on a Petri dish. Provide the phenotypic and genotypic ratios, showing all work, for an F(1) cross between these two C.elegans. Then provide your interpretation as to whether the mutation is dominant or recessive and a brief explanation to support your answer. Use the symbol + for the wild-type allele and sma-2 for the mutant allele.
