Case: Supriya is the CEO of an Indian start-up Pinnacle Ed which was a simple e-learning platform that has now grown into one of largest ed-tech brands in the country. Pinnacle Ed today offers various online secondary and senior secondary courses suited to the Indian schooling system along with online study material for competitive examinations, study material from Class IV to Class X for both CBSE/ICSE students and learning modules for pre-school children. As the consumer base has grown, so is the company's requirement for more talented resource people, faculty and content developers.

Question: Pinnacle Ed plans to hire more resource people, faculty and content developers, but wants to also add a comprehensive benefits component to their compensation in order to be an attractive employer.
