This provides the funder with a better idea of the intervention strategies and the "nuts and bolts" of your pilot program. KEEP IN MIND: the allotted time frame for the proposed program will be 9 months (the first three months should be your planning phase only; the remaining 6 months are your pilot program's implementation and evaluation phases).
