Develop a theoretical framework (model) to guide goals and objectives for a feasible health behavior intervention to address influences on the health behavior.

1. Start by providing a Two hundred - Two fifty word summary of the selected health behavior and corresponding health issue, as well as theories and constructs that may be used to explain the health behavior.

2. Using current and relevant theory-based health behavior literature, you will develop a theoretical framework (model) and provide a Two hundred to two fifty -word rationale for the theories and constructs chosen for the framework (i.e., explain why these specific theories and constructs were chosen and provide evidence that they align well with the selected health behavior.)

3. Be sure to include at least three constructs in your model and address each construct included in your theoretical framework. You should also provide a graphic (i.e., visual model) of your theoretical framework. The theoretical framework must have intrapersonal, interpersonal, or community-based levels of influence and must incorporate social determinants of health.

4. Discuss the benefits and challenges of incorporating multiculturalism and diversity into your theoretical framework (model) particularly as it pertains to your selected population; then, provide recommendations for incorporating multiculturalism and diversity into your theoretical framework.

5. End with a discussion of how you incorporated social determinants of health into your theoretical framework (model).
