Conduct online research for additional examples of patient information brochures. Then consider the population you selected for your Week 3 Final Project assignment. 1. Social support is one of the strategies that can be used to manage emotional stress in an individual infected with HIV/AIDs.

2.Physical activities are stress management strategy that helps to reduce anxiety, anger, bitterness that causes emotional stress.

3.Having enough rest is another way of managing stress in people who are infected with HIV/AIDs. Rest entails having an ample time of sleep and thirty-minute nap during the day.
