Is there a leader who inspires you (real or fictional)? What do you aspire to be as a leader? Is there an aspect of leadership that intrigues you? Amuses you? Concerns you? What's your philosophy of leadership?

In this reflective acitivity your task is to find a short online video (or still image) that illustrates something about leadership you can relate to or find interesting. Accompany your video with a commentary that explains why you've chosen the video or image and how you interpret it or why it is meaningful to you as an expression of leadership.

Steps to follow.

1. Find a video (or a still image if preferred) on the internet.

2. about 400 word commentary, and give it a relevant title.

3. Embed the video directly into the post, or give the URL so your audience can cut and paste it into a browser.

4. If the video is longer than 5 minutes suggest a timed section of the video for your audience to watch if they prefer, that directs them to what you regard as the most relevant content.
