You manufacture automotive ball bearings. Currently, you have 125 employees. One of your employees, Francis Benoit, has been diagnosed with lung cancer. Francis is well known and well liked at the plant, but his illness has kept him out of work for over two months, and he has exhausted all of his sick leave. His doctor believes he will probably be out of work for at least three more months. You want to encourage your employees to donate sick leave time to Francis. Employees can donate up to five days sick leave each. No one is required to participate, but anyone who can should give at least a few hours of sick leave. To donate sick leave time to Francis, employees must fill out a form in the Human Resource management department. Forms must be submitted before the end of the month for accounting purposes.
