Wilco, a duly formed corporation, is 100% owned by Will Clanton; he started the corporation with an investment of $50,000. Clanton is the sole shareholder of the corporation as is permitted under the laws of the corporation's jurisdiction. Wilco is engaged in the business of operating self-service wash centers known as Wash-All, which cater to people who do not own laundry machines. Over the years, Wash-All locations have proven very successful and Clanton has amassed a significant personal fortune. Wilco leases its business locations from individual property owners on long term leases.

Business has recently suffered a downturn in some of Wilco's locations. Wilco has defaulted on the lease at the Beech Street location. The lease is held by Leaseco, who your firm is representing in an action against Wilco. The discovery process revealed that Clanton is using the same account to pay Wilco that they use to pay personal credit cards.
