The conscientiousness measure is scaled from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest). One candidate (Alice) scored 9 on conscientiousness, and the other candidate (Chuck) scored 8. You are ready to make the candidates job offers, and have a maximum salary budget of $110,000 per year for the combined salary of both candidates. You also have a total of $10,000 available for one-time signing bonuses. Considering the selection device you are using what salary and bonus offer would you make to Alice and Chuck?
