There is no one size fits all when it comes to personality traits, however. Characteristics tend to influence workplace behavior. An example is having type X and type Y personalities where Type X are driven while Type Y are laid back. Type X can be considered to be aggressive, focused, and goal oriented while Type B can be considered to be quiet, disengaged and passive.
