Prospecting a. Role for Stillwater Wines i. Customer does not Stock Stillwater Wines The selection of major customer over by a firm that does not stock the company’s wine can play an important role in increasing the sales of the firm. As the major customer has the knowledge and understanding of company’s products, the selection of major customers can be supportive in introducing latest wine variety to the new customers as well as serve to the existing customers (Leffler and Kalish, 2013). Through this, North Shore Stillwater Winery can identify new customer base as well as increase the product sales to earn and increase its profits by selling Stillwater Wins to the customers.
