i have this 4 tasks assignment which we have done 3 tasks as a group and the last task of it is individual part which is personal reflection. in the first task we have asked our teacher acting as Mr.Morris questions about his company ,second task is interview which we have done ,theird one is the summary and i finished it and the last one is this personal reflection about how the group worked. I have done the the 3 tasks and now im on the last part which is Personal reflection(how the team worked )....how the personal reflection should be:

1-method of communication used by the team
2-the manner in which your team made decision.consensus ,authoritarian or any other
3-the way in which the team constructed the list of question
4- the interview which we had with the teacher in task 3

_our way of communication was thru emails and text messages and face to face
_we agreed with each other and the team members r great in  Consensus way
_each of us 4 made 3 questions to ask in the interview
_the interview went great we asked Mr.Morris questions and all the team members talked and took notes from him
