Personal protection equipment (PPE) must be worn by employees in the oil and gas business due to the dangerous nature of the work environment. Wearing PPE, however, can be uncomfortable, physically taxing, and have an effect on how well you do your work. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate how PPE affects employees' performance on the job in the oil and gas sector.
