A Personal Plan for Implementation
Using supervision/managerial techniques you have seen or used in the workplace, create an action plan to introduce new habits/behaviours and tools into your daily work. Your plan should be focused on young workers and changes that will assist them in building success in their roles and in the workplace.
Be sure to give an overall picture of your departmental workplace, your role, and where this implementation plan can have a positive impact.
Include a brief description of the young workers and their challenges to help position your plan and suggested activities and changes presented in your plan.
Building a Personal Plan:
1. Describe the challenge/issue/problem that you are trying to address.
2.What is goal or goals of the plan?
3.What will you need to achieve these goals?
4.Who will "buy in" to help you achieve these goals?
5.What obstacles might you face?
6.How will you overcome these obstacles?
7.How will you measure success?
8.What is the benefit of accomplishing this goal
