We learned Maslow's hierarchy model of needs to understand why personal needs contribute to organizational effectiveness. In the hierarchy, there are low (physiological/security needs) and high levels (self-actualization/self-esteem) of needs. Given that most of contemporary organizations are pursuing flexibility and adaptability under highly dynamic environments, they are paying attention to high levels of employees' personal needs. Provide your rationale for why organizations pay attention to the high levels of personal needs rather than the low levels.
