Personal Learning Reflection of the Program: There are three parts to this segment which all should be housed on one page.
Part 1) Identify and discuss the 3 most personally valuable things learned in the HRMT Program
Part 2) Identify and discuss the 3 areas in which you need to develop further with corresponding action plans (these need to be different than those identified through your Final RPC assessment).
