Personal Learning Goals and Reflections

The final activity for each module will be a Personal Learning Reflection. For this first module, you will define your learning goals based on what you wish to achieve during your time in this course.  

Assignment Instructions

  • Develop at least three goals that you would like to meet. As you think about your goals, also define some actions that you can take to meet your goals. Are your goals specific and measurable?  
  • The following questions are posed to you as a place to begin your goal planning. You do not need to answer all of them, rather use them as a place to start thinking about your goals.

What do you hope to achieve in this course? What knowledge and skills do you hope to take away. Looking at the program outcomes, are there ones that resonate more with you than others? How does your learning in this course intersect with your career goals? How might you use this course as an opportunity to further your career goals?

How will you measure your goals? How will you know you are making progress to meeting the goals?
