In 1984, Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird created the comic characters, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. They named the heroic main characters after four artists from the Renaissance: Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael. But of all the artists from the Renaissance, why did they choose these four? Are they the best four artists from the Renaissance? The most famous? The personal favorites of Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird?

Provide your answer in a PowerPoint. The first slide addresses the questions raised in the first paragraph. Then include two slides for each artist, one with biographical and historical information about the artist and the other showing a representative work you have chosen by the artist with a brief analysis of the work, and explanation of why the artist painted it, what is its style and meaning, and why you selected it. You should have a minimum of ten slides for this assignment. The last slide should be a works cited page in MLA format.
